We tap 2,000 maple trees on our farm every season. We started out with good old fashioned metals buckets to tap our tree back in 2001 since then we have no installed a modern vacuum system which allows use to harvest our sap in a sanitary way and also gets the sap to flow up or down tubes so we aren't at the mercy of gravity.
We boil over 10,000 gallons of sap every season!
We don't sell our delicious syrup in bulk. All the syrup we make goes directly to our customers or into other products we make to sell to our customers.
